Admissions and Insurance
If you or a loved one are experiencing acute psychiatric distress, please call 911 for immediate assistance or visit your nearest emergency room for assessment. For general inquiries about the inpatient admissions process or non-emergent questions about accessing inpatient treatment, please call our Admitting Office at 212-434-5300. The Admitting Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Outside of these hours, a member of the Gracie Square Hospital team is available to speak with you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone.
Your Arrival
The Gracie Square Hospital entrance is located at 420 East 76th Street, between First and York Avenues in New York City. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All admissions are processed through an emergency room assessment, ensuring that each patient receives the appropriate evaluation and care.
